My background includes overseeing multi-million-pound contracts for prominent blue-chip companies, demonstrating a strong blend of commercial acumen and operational proficiency. As a seasoned leader, I’ve managed national programs across the UK and Ireland, in addition to running a project management office as a Tier 1 supplier. My qualifications which include IOSH training, Agile Project Management and an NVQ Level 7 in senior construction management, has granted me membership into the CIOB. With versatile cross-functional skills, I contribute valuable insights to any business sector. Furthermore, my BSI training in ISO implementation equips me to drive process excellence aligned with quality standards. Notably, I’ve also overseen security-related projects within prestigious locations, including the Ministry Of Defence.  I am therefore a trusted professional who can introduce continual improvements and excellence.
